How long does shipping take for a Velotric e-bike?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery via ground freight usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for bikes in new, unused condition with less than 10 miles on the odometer. Please note that a restocking fee and return shipping costs may apply.
Do Velotric bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, every Velotric e-bike is backed by a 2-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in the frame and electrical components, including the battery and motor.
How difficult is the assembly process?
Velotric bikes arrive 85% pre-assembled. We provide all the necessary tools and a comprehensive step-by-step video guide to help you complete the assembly in approximately 30-45 minutes.

Are the batteries UL certified for safety?
